2. Data we process

• Account data: name and email address; with Apple/Google sign-in, the identifier/email you share.
• Family & usage data: calendar events, tasks, shopping lists, meal plans, rewards, points, activity.
• Photos: images you optionally upload.
• Technical data: push tokens for notifications and server logs (IP address, timestamp) to secure operation.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process this data solely to provide Kinlo's features (contract performance, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to keep the service secure and stable (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)). Push notifications only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

4. AI features

For optional AI features (e.g. quest ideas, structured shopping lists) the required content is sent to our provider OpenAI and processed there. No credentials and no photos are transmitted.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell data. It is shared only with technical service providers that help us operate (hosting, push delivery via Apple/Google, AI processing via OpenAI), under data-processing agreements.

6. Retention

Your data is stored as long as your account exists. If you delete your account (in the app under More → Delete account), your personal data is removed unless legal retention obligations apply.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection, plus the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact info@kroegoor.com.
